House Guidelines
Photography and Video:
- Unauthorized photography and video recording are prohibited unless otherwise announced from the stage before the event.
Ticketing:
- All patrons, regardless of age, require a ticket for admission, including lap children.
ATM:
- An ATM is available on site.
Dining and Shopping
Lakewood Cafe:
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the facility.
- Food and beverages purchased at the Lakewood Café may be brought into the theaters.
Donna Marie Gift Shop:
- Visit the Donna Marie Gift Shop at the Reif to discover unique handcrafted gifts, Reif merchandise, and creations from local and visiting artists.
Before the Show
Arrival Time
Please plan to arrive 30–45 minutes before curtain time to allow for parking, ticket scanning, and seating.
- The Box Office typically opens one hour before the performance for will-call pickup, seating exchanges, and patron assistance.
- Theater doors generally open 30 minutes before the event, at the artist’s discretion.
- Late seating is not guaranteed and is subject to the requirements of the production.
During Your Visit
Entry and On-Site Assistance
Our house managers and ushers are available at every performance to assist with ticketing, seating, and any questions you may have. Look for staff members wearing name tags.
- For assigned-seating events, please remain in your assigned seat unless directed otherwise by a Reif usher or staff member.
Dress Code
There is no formal dress code at the Reif. Whether you choose to dress up or come as you are, you are welcome here.
- Casual attire is appropriate for most performances unless otherwise noted.
- Large hats are discouraged, as they may obstruct the view of other patrons.
Lost and Found
Lost items may be claimed at the Box Office immediately following a performance.
If you discover an item is missing after leaving the theater, please call 218-327-5780 during regular business hours.
Items not claimed within 30 days will be donated or discarded.
