Accepted Payment
The Reif accepts cash, checks, debit cards, and major credit cards.
- No fees for online orders
- No tax is collected on tickets
Please note: There are no fees to purchase tickets. If you would like your tickets mailed, shipping & handling is $2.00 per order.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges.
If you are unable to use your tickets, they may be returned to The Reif Box Office in exchange for a charitable donation receipt.
Weather / Cancellation Policy
If an event is cancelled due to weather, tickets will be reimbursed or can be exchanged for another performance.
Performances will not be cancelled as long as performers are able to make it.
Exchanges for Multi-Day Events (Same Event Only)
Exchanges are not allowed between different events. However, for a multi-day run of the same event (example: a 3-day Nutcracker performance), a patron may exchange tickets to a different day by paying a:
- $5.00 per order exchange fee
Third-Party Ticket Transactions
(eBay, Craigslist, Ticket Brokers, etc.)
The Reif strongly recommends purchasing tickets only from The Reif (in person, over the phone, or at www.TheReif.org).
The Reif is not responsible for:
- the validity of tickets, or
- prices paid for tickets purchased through third-party sources (eBay, Craigslist, ticket brokers, etc.)
The Reif reserves the right to:
- reject third-party tickets determined (in The Reif’s sole opinion) to be altered, duplicated, or counterfeited
- cancel tickets determined (in The Reif’s sole opinion) to have been purchased with the intent of reselling above face value
- cancel any voucher (including tickets issued from redeeming a voucher) if the voucher was resold
No refunds will be issued for monies paid to third-party brokers or for any tickets not purchased directly from The Reif.
